How do I choose between Full and Lite?

The Full membership offers high-touch daily accountability and bi-monthly check-ins & programming, ideal for those with complex performance goals or simply new to fitness training. Lite is perfect for self-motivated professionals needing expert programming with monthly strategic check-ins. Both memberships are inclusive of a 7 day consultation process, nutritional guidance & physical programming.

What is the minimum commitment?

There is no minimum commitment period. Payments begin after the 7 day consultation process, ensuring during the first 7 days we are the right fit for you and giving us the chance to acquire a full 4D interpretation of your life and circumstances enabling us the best chances at effective programming.

Do I need a specific gym for this coaching?

No. Your physical training programs are designed around the equipment you have available—whether it's a high-end commercial gym, a bicycle, a home gym setup or nothing at all.

How does the nutritional analysis work?

We utilize all of your body metrics data and subjective markers to build a snapshot of your current body composition and diet. Using this information we can then provide an insight into effective and healthy changes to implement to support long term health and recovery.
